On the Personal Side:
My first memories are of looking out to sea from our house on the Thames River in New London, CT. From there, I could see Fishers Island Sound, Long Island Sound, Ledge Light, Race Rock and the Atlantic Ocean! My dad and I boated and fished in them all! There began my love affair with all things related to the sea. I suppose it was inevitable as my grandfather was an Azorean Portuguese fisherman who emigrated here when he was very young. He instilled his love of the sea in his children and my father passed it on to me.
I have continued that love affair with the sea here in Sarasota. From Sarasota Harbor, past Bird Key, through Big Pass to the Gulf of Mexico, the beauty and the wonder here delight me on a daily basis! It has been my pleasure to work with people from all walks of life in a broad range of price points to find them their very own dream home near the water – nothing is far from the water in Sarasota!

On the Personal Side:
I think I caught the love of the sea from my wife Victoria. I grew up in land-locked Pennsylvania but since we have been married, we have never lived far from the water. I am absolutely in love with the Sarasota area and I’m always trying to get my friends and family from up north to move here!
